Russa Graeme was born in New York City where she studied at Pratt Institute and at the Art Students League. She later moved to California where she attended California State University, Northridge. She remained in California and exhibited widely , including in art shows and exhibitions at museums and galleries in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and across the U.S. She won awards for both her graphics and her watercolors. Graeme is best known for her exquisite limited edition etchings of landscapes.
