Shipping policy
Because our items are all different sizes and weights, shipping cost will depend on the item(s). Local pickup is required on large items, and optional on small items. Large items are any items for which we do not have in-stock boxes.
LOCAL PICKUP*: All items that are not retrieved within 7 days of the purchase date will be returned to the floor for resale. Reimbursement will not be provided. We will make attempts to contact you, so please ensure we have accurate details on file.

Curbside pickup is available if you prefer. We do not deliver, but we recommend Mi Familia Affordable Movers if you need delivery.
Shipping
All items are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) unless the buyer specifically asks for a different shipping service.
We will combine shipping and refund overages if the website fails to calculate correctly. Thank you for your patience while we transition to online sales.
Shipping will generally be processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship out orders on the days we are not in the shop (Sunday-Tuesday, or we are on a buying trip) or holidays (Public holidays in the United States).
FIRST CLASS MAIL
If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.
Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. FOUND FURNISHINGS will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the Priority Mail shipping option at checkout.
PRIORITY MAIL
If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
How do I file a claim with USPS?
To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States, then follow the directions as stated.
