The base in lined with felt to protect your surface, the frame hold a roll of note paper on a wooden dowel and the green metal flap assists in tearing your notes off of the roll. Made in Japan by Takahashi, this is such a retro way to keep your to do lists in order! In excellent vintage condition with some signs of wear from use, see photos.
