2pc. Vintage French square butter bell (butter keeper). The bell top has a square handle and the inside of the bell is frosted glass to help the butter stay packed inside. Once filled with softened butter, the bell is submerged into water kept in the base. This creates a food safe seal, isolating the butter from oxygen. This is a unique and vintage loving way to keep your butter on the counter! In great vintage condition, with minor scuffs and wear from use and age. See photos.
